節(jié)能燃氣蒸汽鍋爐結構特點

節(jié)能燃氣蒸汽鍋爐采用波形爐膽，既強化了煙氣的擾動，又增大了輻射傳熱面積；既增加了爐膽的強度，又有效的減弱了爐膽的膨脹應力；既增強傳熱效果，又促進了燃料在爐膛內的燃燒。

節(jié)能燃氣蒸汽鍋爐煙道尾部增設冷凝器，利用冷凝器吸收煙氣中的潛熱和顯熱，提高了鍋爐的進水溫度，降低了排煙溫度，使鍋爐的熱效率提高到98%以上。（備注：鍋爐使用過程中冷凝器進出水閥門必須常開）
